Counseling and consulting with care—for individuals and communities living, learning, and belonging across cultures.

I am a counseling psychologist, coach, and consultant dedicated to emotional wellbeing and international education. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked across six continents including countries such as Austria, Chile, Thailand, the Netherlands, the USA, and Morocco.
My career integrates counseling, coaching, mindfulness training, and the development of whole-school mental health awareness and suicide prevention frameworks in international schools. As a lifelong athlete, certified yoga teacher, and mindfulness instructor, I bring a whole-person perspective to my work—integrating mind, body, and environment.
I’m currently pursuing a doctorate in psychology focused on suicide prevention in international schools, a topic close to my heart. Above all, I’m committed to helping young people and their families feel supported, connected, and understood—wherever they are in the world.
